  1. I read mags all the time, and well I confess youtube is full of videos about coins at auction bringing in serious money.....but there really is no proof unless you/we actually attend an auction selling such coins..........so we're are all these serious bidders at such an auction?? Ebay doesn't qualify I'm sure we agree there.
  2. And what magazine shows ddo or ddr worth nothing? Clearly there’s 2 groups of collector values here. I’m partial to the rarest coins available and not necessarily the perfection of coins period.
  3. Uh my coins are not ase’s that are being graded and mint error checked. Sorry bout that.
  4. I should of taken pictures. But the coins I sent for grading to Ngc will tell if indeed there is a difference between ddo or machine stamping errors in my case the “in god we trust” has the same doubling for lack of a better term. Minted at West Point for what it’s worth. Probably nothing with my luck
  5. I disagree that is clearly a ddo. Any coin that is mint error is automatically it seems as collectible. Case(s) in point open any coin collector magazine and notice the monetary value of any coin with a ddo or ddr and it is always worth more. It isn’t marked up because of frequency I’ll bet my house on that point alone.
  6. Interesting. But I reserve being snobby with only life’s inequities.
  7. Yes. I talked to Giavanna. She corresponded the submission form for me. Included was my payment for the services. I inadvertently submitted a2 nd invoice on the same coins. That should be ignored. Thanks for the reply in advance.
  8. I agree. A major grading company says its from philly in the slab it stays.
  9. update on the (emergency issue) (p) coins..........well this guy says it better than me....
  10. To the op or Lisa B. Do we send coins to be graded to the p.o. box 4776 sarasota fl. ??
  11. So I addressed the package to NGC, to be clear, the po box 4776 sarasota fl will get the coins where they need to be graded? I wrote the invoice number on the check and envelope btw, Printer is down on my end.
  12. Yep. I checked the serial number. It’s genuine I think I’ll hang on to this one.
  13. on another note I have an IGC encapsulated bullion coin 2015 p.......leary about not having the mint mark.
  14. Yeah I saw what the mint did I had a sheet with all the bullion coins. Not the proofs. That’s where I goofed. Proofs not circulated coins have the mint Mark. My bad.
  15. here are 2 attachments, conflicting to me, but maybe Someone has a reason as to why or how..... Here is an ase with the mint mark P....however according to this letter from the u.s. mint they were never struck in philladelphia......what gives....
