Well then an even more informative posting than most. Thank you for clarifying.

Interesting thread that speaks volumes about people. Had OP not posted here and been called out I do not think the lie would have been corrected.

Cherrypicking and lying to someone that asks for your opinion are very different things my friend. Comments are not about the value of the item, but the method of getting item. As it is only a low value item.

QA what is the relation of photograph to token? Is that the designer?

I know this isn't a coin, but does anyone know anything about cereal numbers?
I am still looking for the cereal
Doesn't appear the note is in mint condition. The number though is interesting enough to have me put it in a sleeve and keep it as a conversation piece.

Counter-stamped coins are their own subset of collecting. Some counter-stamps have an interesting history and can be very sought after.

And BTW, you have 825 posts and I would tend to bet that 800 of them are blown up pics of nothing coins!!
Agree. And of those many are of the same pictures.

Do you remember it?

My apologies to the forum for my drama in this thread.
I find it hard to not defend good people.
If I broke any rules, I'm sorry. I'll try to not let it happen again.
No need to apologize or stop voicing your thoughts and opinions. You did nothing wrong so retract that apology as it is very unnecessary!

Your Federal Union "BY" (223) is even nicer than the one from the Q. David Bowers collection.

I suppose that would be because all busts are not created equal.

The gods of spelling force me to point out that it’s “out of the chute”.
yes thank you. No worries. I knew the it looked wrong, but my addled brain at that moment would not allow me to see the correct word. It is corrected now. As always Kurt, I appreciate the catch!

I tried to move on but the members here keep bringing it back to bullying.
Good gravy man just let it roll off. Without ever seeing your photo (from the interview you gave) I could have guessed your generation by how you react to the push back you are getting. Bullying? Really come on you started the bash festival when you introduced yourself to this forum. Bullying these days is just a buzz word (along with many others) used to feign offence and shut others down. It is an online forum bub. Just ignore the posts if you don't like them. Or even better - start a NEW thread focused specifically on your project.
You ask for people to private message you. Bleh. You have seen the people that expressed some interest here. Your move if you want to discuss. Just be prepared because there are very few "fan girls" on here. So put your big boy pants on if you want to have a real dialogue.

low AU on the 1821.. So when do you post pics of the 1921 capped bust?

You mean like hijacking a thread? Over/under was - too subjective unless you go the heavy handed route of enforcement.
It is as you say : selective outrage.
Even some of the no no topics are only offensive if it suits someone since some of those topics no one was part of. So don't stifle this thread with the rules chat my friend. G_P had the chance to move past the original trash talk he did and the responses he got. He could have easily just let it roll off him and moved on to discussing his coin valuation application project. A few of us were actually curious enough to not call it garbage out of the chute. But he didn't so the whirlwind continues much to my entertainment.
NEWBIE Question: Is the American Eagle 2020 One Ounce Gold Uncirculated Coin worth grading?

I would not grade bullion coins. As stated unless you get a 70 you are upside down. That being said I also do not believe 70 is anything special for a modern bullion coin. I would spend the $ elsewhere in my collection vs grading a bullion coin.
