  2. Just curious what you guys think about this penny. I do not think it is an error, but two numbers are missing which is odd.
  3. Starting a collection Mercury Dimes and Roosevelt dimes myself but quarters is a good start.
  4. it's a shame the Morgan has been gold plated. Seen a few Gold Coins that are set in bezels but have been polished.
  5. Keep it as a cleaned coin sample. I do that when I submit Morgans or peace dollars so i can think the third time before sending.

  8. After taking a look at the coin GBrad. I could not find any matching on the coin or button in this case. it's difficult to say the least.

  10. Thank you GBrad I still appreciate your thoughts on this it could be a small object such as a button. After taking a look at the reverse side there are three letters i could be wrong. "A","V" and maybe a "P"?
  11. Yes thank you correcting me. The thickness is 2mm and the diameter is 15mm.
  12. I tried the magnet test and it does not follow or stick to the magnet. The weight is 3.5g Diameter:2mm
  13. Hey GBrad.In Europe as far i know from what my father has told me. the coin does have a dome shaped. I'm still researching.

  18. In the future Jkk i will weight and measure coins such as this before I post. More information the better, I will double check my post before hand. I'm currently researching it and learning more about it's history.

  21. Came across a roman coin that was mounted on a ring. I'm not very familiar with ancient coins quite yet due to lack of experience.
