The "Floating Roof" and no FG can occur on any LMC business strike as it is caused by overpolishing the dies. What you may be thinking of is the 1970S Proof Strikes
 

Karen has some good points but if we had more information, we might be able to help you more.
You don't indicate what type of collection it is, Mainly US, Foreign, mixed?
Condition is a big factor in the value of the coin, do  you know  approximate grades of the coins?
What years and nominations are most of them?
Are any of the coins graded?
Are they loose or are they in albums or 2x2's?
How many gold and silver coins are there?
Are you looking to sell them quickly at a reduced price or are you willing to wait to get the best price?
By using the internet, there is  much information on just about any coin out there. I use the eBay sold list to give me an approximate value of coins.
Looking forward to see what you have. Perhaps you can post some photos of both sides of some of them.

Did you not show the 2002D earlier? Anyhow, it has been burned changing the copper to black. Probably with a cigarette lighter.
The 1968 has been environmentally toned, by what I 'm not sure.
Neither one had this happen during the striking of the coin so they can't be errors.

Agree with Conder-
It has that replated look that I have seen on many 1943's that shows no sign of wear. Easy to check, just look at the edge and if it looks like the rest of the coin, it is replated. The edge should be steel as the blanks were punched out after the sheets were zinc coated.
It is not uncommon to have these coins reprocessed/replated in order to make them look like a higher grade for selling.(See Littlejohns)

With those large, clear pictures, it was a no brainer.
An easier way to tell than looking at the AME  is to look at the A in STATES, If it is centred between the T's, it is a WAM, if it is off to the right, it is a CAM. As you can easily tell by your picture, it is a WAM

It's counterfeit, compare to genuine coin
The hair is too deeply grooved and the type looks wrong. 
These early coins were all hand cut by an engraver and there is usually cut lines around the type.

There were  many counterfeits of these made. In fact Disney produced them for it's Pirates of the Caribbean souvenir shop.
Did you test it with a magnet to see if it is silver? That would at least eliminate some of the counterfeits.

Why do you think every 1969S you have is a DD. Yours is not even close. Look at the word GOD on a genuine FS101 and honestly tell me yours the same.

First, a repunched MM is not an error, it is a variety. A repunched MM happens when the worker punches the MM into the working die. Usually they have to be struck more than once to obtain the desired depth and sometimes the punch moves slightly causing what is known as a repunched MM. They are not uncommon as however many coins are minted from that die (say750,000) then that's how many there will be. See the enclosed photo compliments of John Wexler of the process of punching a MM. It is hard to tell from the OP's photo if it is repunched or not but I suspect it is MD.

Yes it is very possible for a Proof to have DDO. As all proofs are struck twice, it is not uncommon for them to have  DD. If you have a strong microscope and look at a Proof Coin, you can probably see some sort slight doubling on a lot of them.

Easy to see when you compare the type style of "IN GOD WE TRUST"

Hard to say what it is without the coin in hand but whatever it is, it was added after the coin was minted so it is PMD.
If you want to try to remove it, give it an acetone bath and see what happens. It won't hurt the coin.

Your showing three photos of the Obverse and none of the Reverse. A Reverse photo is also needed for grading.

Coin is too worn and photo too blurry to see the tripling.
Perhaps if I supply you a photo of what to look for,  you can check your coin to see what you have.

The 43 cent looks like it was plated, possibly a High School experiment and the other two just look they they have toned over the years.

You don't show the reverse so we don't know what the mint mark is but even the lowest mintage "S" MM had 13,560,00 with the Philadelphia Mint  producing 161,116,000 so they are not rare but still a keeper.

Please always show both sides of the coin when posting pictures. In this case it would have enabled us to see the MM. I know you are a newbie so this is not criticism, it's just the more information you give us, the better we can help so keep asking questions. We are here to help.

Sorry but that is not even close to a genuine coin.
In the future, please shoot your coins straight on. it distorts them when shot on an angle.
