Is this a 1864 small motto or large?

Hey this coin is listed as a small motto, but after comparing photos, and reading on the differences a few things concern me. The banner to me looks like a small motto, but the feathers and berries don’t match up to a small...any help or clarification would be awesome.

Yes. The U in particular is diagnostic, and unlike the WE, is often not worn off.

My goto is the outermost leaf below IN GOD.  On the Small Motto it is large and almost reaches the ribbon.  On the Large Motto it is thin, follows the contour of the leaf below it and doesn't come close to the ribbon.  And it tends to be visible on coins grading down to AG, so it is useful even if the motto is completely worn away.
