Such thing as a 1959 Proof DDO

Yes it is very possible for a Proof to have DDO. As all proofs are struck twice, it is not uncommon for them to have  DD. If you have a strong microscope and look at a Proof Coin, you can probably see some sort slight doubling on a lot of them.

I think yours would be a keeper as they are not usually off as much as yours is (Where was Quality Control?)
