Was thinking of bidding on this coin but I cant spot a cleaned coin to save my life. I already know about what the grade is, just would like some opinions on whether it has been cleaned. thank you for any info, jimbo27

Hi and welcome, better to post currency questions on the PMG forums.

I am posting this to show not all photos capture small defects on the coins surface. Not all ebay sellers show different angles that can hide areas they do not want the buyer to see. This seller took multiple photos so the buyer can see more of what the coin looks like. Always remember to ask for more photos from the seller before you bid, if they say no, there are plenty of other coins out there. The first 2 photos are of the same coin, just slightly different angles, 2nd photo shows a nick in the cheek. Still a nice coin.

Seller has relisted coin as 1900 o, he really just didnt know what he had.

I dont think CAC will accept modern coins, their website indicates 1964 is final year for Washington quarters. For your inventory go to Collectors Society site, you can add coins there.
