  1. If the right coin gets posted where someone can counter with a Morgan, it would be great! :)

Okay - Here's my 1921-P - which I picked up last January at FUN from

    Liz Coggan of J J Teaparty -

One more shot... for the Morgan lovers... 1921 ...

  2. Mike, are you building a Liberty V circulated set in the registry? I was checking out the coins there....that's quite a collection! Very nice

    OP

    Old Pueblo,

    I completed a raw set of V Nickels twenty years ago;

and a couple of years back, I decided to work on a

certified collection. Its not easy locating AU 58

coins. Although I do have a couple of MS coins in

the mix, I'm really trying to get 58's instead of 64's !!

I gave my raw set to a friend to put together a Bulk Submission

ATS - and I don't expect any grades for another 6 to 8 weeks.

Regardless of the grades - most of the raw coins from the

20th Century were found in change by my Grandfather and are

AU 50-58. The 19th Century coins were purchases from different

dealers from the late 1980's to early 1990's.

  3. I posted a few images of my newps on the New Acquisition Thread

in case you'd like to see them. My newest Barbers are: 1887 & 1888

V Nickels both in PCGS AU 58 ... and a beautifully toned 1893-P Dime

in a PCGS MS 65 Holder ... and last but far from least, one of the nicest

looking toned Quarters I've got in my collection: 1901-P in a PCGS MS 64

with CAC sticker. Its a perfect match to my Half Dollar from 1901 - in 64+.

I'll add images as an Edit to this Post later this evening.

[ Hey Beancounter... when are you going to start adding more images ??? ]
