Have you checked out the First Spouse Louisa Adams PF70 on Ebay?

I think this seller might not be on the up & up All you fellow coin collectors,check out Ebay item#230262557391 This seller claims to have the new 2008 First Spouse Louisa Adams Proof NGC graded PF70 UC. That sounded funny to me because, NGC only has only one graded in their census, So I went to the cert. check and I put in the cert #, it came out as a Elizabeth Monroe PF70 UC! I went back to the item picture to take a close look, what I found is, on Louisa Adam's name, the fonts are wro

Yes, I agree with you 100% I believe there is going to be a slot for the 2008W w/Rev of 2007 pretty soon. I wonder why some of the registries have so called errors when others don't ( look at the Lincoln cent 1909 to date , it has slots for all the double dies) also they just updated the Jefferson Wartime nickels( added a slot for the 1943/2P nickel) I know they can't add slots for every error out there, but they should add slots for the most historical ones. I wish they would add slots

It's real simple Hello Lynn, It's real simple, all you need to do is when you send your coins to NGC, on the submission form just go to box 5 (Ship Method)and check the (Registered Mail) box. Then go to the (insurance price table) on the back of the submission form and calculate the insurance to the value of your coins. NGC just doesn't want you to return ship with overnight delivery without a FedEX or usps express mail account. Registered mail is fine ( it only takes about 4 days to get

that's a good idea for know Your right, it is a good idea to leave the mint box sealed for now, you never know if NGC will change their minds about the 3pc Bald Eagle set. It's only a mint state coin BULLY, If you look close at the mint picture you attached to your entry, check out the "specifications" it shows for condition(Bullion) not (Proof) so it's a mint state coin only. What is the USMINT thinking

Has anyone checked out the USmint upcoming prouducts? Few days ago went to the USmint website to check out their upcoming products and I couldn't believe what there trying to sell this year. It's called " The United States Mint's Celebration Series" focusing on the Chinese New Year. I thought the USMINT only produced products focusing on events of THE UNITED STATES of AMERICA only. What did our American Veterans fight for? ( That's just my opinion ) What there going to release is a mint

PCGS website is back on line

Have anyone lately been trying to put PCGS graded coins in your registry only to become rejected? Last week I added a PCGS first strike SE in my registry. Then later on that day I got a Email that the registry rejected the coin due to can't verify. So I went to the PCGS website to check the verification myself only to discover that the website is offline. (Maybe PCGS is using the same service provider as the USMINT "LOL") Every morning I been checking to see if it was up and running be

What we all went through yesterday 1/15/08

Hope NGC hears our crys After all the pain we went thru yesterday trying get on the line with the USMINT, I hope NGC has in the works to make a special designation for the Bald Eagle 3pc Proof Set. That would make up for the very sore fingers from dialing that same phone number over and over and over and over again! Happy Collecting and I hope all of you get thru with the USMint!

I agree with you "something is funny about this" I think the mint did this on pupose, Just like you I went to the mint website to order the Eagles, always I like to log on a few minutes earlier before mint items go on sale. The web site was working perfectly until 12:00pm on the nose then everything went down. I think they planned this ( that's our goverment ) Happy Collecting!

2007 United States 14pc Proof Set

Check your 2007 proof sets before your 30 days are up to return them! I just open my package from the Us Mint only to be very upset! The coin lenses made this year are very poorly manufactured. some of the lenses are cut unevenly leaving a sharp edge and also some of the lenses are coming apart exposing the coins to it's worse enemy (AIR)! I'm sending them all back for a replacment this morning and I'm going to keep sending them back until they get it right! The US Mint is really goi

Lets All Be Patient We should all stop hunting for good examples from these rolls It's just a waste of time and money! If we want a good collectible examples of these dollars, lets just hold out for the Proofs and this years Mint Set ( lets hope they will be in it) Maybe they will grade MS-?? instead of BU's "LET'S CROSS OUR FINGERS"

The Presidential $1 Coin Program

Will "IN GOD WE TRUST" be Hidden in the slab The new Presidential Dollars are going to be out pretty soon and I'm wondering if the top two grading companies are coming up with a new slab design for this new dollar coin program Because we all know by now that the USMINT's design for this 2007 dollar program has the motto "IN GOD WE TRUST" minted around the edge of the coin. I hope the two top grading companies are figuring out away to display this special and important feature.
