Hello Lynn, It's real simple, all you need to do is when you send your coins to NGC, on the submission form just go to box 5 (Ship Method)and check the (Registered Mail) box. Then go to the (insurance price table) on the back of the submission form and calculate the insurance to the value of your coins.

NGC just doesn't want you to return ship with overnight delivery without a FedEX or usps express mail account.

Registered mail is fine ( it only takes about 4 days to get your package from NGC)
