A 10 yr collection, what should I do? Any ideas of what I should do?

I've collected for over 10 yrs. I totally enjoy the hobby of collecting. I have been a few times at the brink of selling off my whole collection. What is listed here in graded coins is not my total collection.
If I sold I could possibly get all bills paid... and not be crazy with the collecting bug that won't die.
I have complete coin sets in PF & MS of the yearly coin sets from 1999 to cur
No NGC grade if box is opened?
I can not believe that we can not get our coins graded as the set, "2oth Anniversary Silver Eagle" if the box was opened. How are we supposed to make sure the contents where to be what they where and to make sure they where in decent condition. Especially with all the hype about "OPENED" coins from their holders. So now I've will not send them in to be graded because they will come back as only ONR saying that it is part of the 20th Anniv set.....not fair.
Again my order gets dropped, what's the deal?
I had ordered the "American Eagle 20th Ann Silver Set" & "2006 American Legacy Collection" & "San Fran Old Mint Proof" 15 minutes after they went on sale (took that long to make the order). Do you think I am getting them even after getting an Order # and everything. Reading that the fill rate has not been completed, I was figuring that THIS time I will get the coins that I order, especially after I was able to place them minutes after they
