More MS 70s added to collection.
Well, I added 5 more MS-70s to my collection of American Sivler Eagles yesterday. I paid over $1,0000.00 for them AFTER shopping around.
Now I am not complaining about paying that for them. As the consumer that is my choice. But it appears that theses prices are unusually high, even with the increase in bullion prices.
There is no way theses coins should be this expensive. Well, again if I am a sucker enough to by them....
By the way, I like to add jo
NGC V. PCGS
I too have been curious about the pricing of NGC coins. I have asked people who have been in the business for numerous years. They have all told me that NGC are not as strict in their grading as PCGS. I also hear that a lot more new coins are going to NGC. That being said, it appears to be a seller's market.
I do appreciate the two leaders of the "slab" community grading coins. It really helps out the Investors/Collectors. Of course the old adage about buying the coin, not

Also a BIG THANK YOU to the individuals that responded to my first post about being the New Kid On The Block. I really appreciate the words of encouragement and hints, tips, et
Looking for a particular coin.
Where is the correct place on here to ask if anyone has a particular coin for sale?
Wanted to ask first in case this is not the correct area.
Thank you.
Just starting back into the Collector/Investor coin world again.
Well, I am just starting back into the coin collecting/investing arena again. Just for fun and maybe to help grow some money for my wife and four year old son. Maybe he can use the coins in the future for his college, etc.
I am getting into the collecting/investing in the "slab" coins. Obviously, I joined this Collectors Society for $99.00. (Is this tax deductable?) ()
Anyway, I am a fan of thrid party grading, but the d
