A nice non messed with Roanoke Half. A few minor carbon spots and an spot of dark toning at the top of Raleigh's hat but for the price it is a winner.

OK, it's foreign and I posted it in the world coin section, but too bad, I'll post it here too.

Just picked this 1700 Germany (Stolberg) Mining Taler at the recently completed CICF show:

The view of the miners inside the mine was what sold me on the coin. Just a wonderful and unusual design.

Sweet '48, Jon! :applause:

Nice Morgan CD.

This is NOT a new purchase, but it is a new set of pix, courtesy of Bob Campbell, and I think he did an excellent job.

I bought this coin because it was my Grandfather's Birthyear...

1889-PMorganPCGS58OBV.jpg

1889-PMorganPCGS58REV.jpg

Thought it was a decent looking coin - and its an AU 58 - my grade of choice.

Some that I picked up over the weekend...

1898O PCGS MS65

IMG_2911a.jpgIMG_2910a.jpg

1923 Peace Dollar NGC MS64 in a no-line fatty. I already have one of these in a PCGS OGH but I couldn't really turn it down for the price.

IMG_2912a.jpgIMG_2913a.jpg

And I picked this one off of E-bay from the Hoot man.

NCS AU details scratched obverse. In hand the obverse scratches are almost unnoticeable. A very nice looking piece.
