This coin was one of the cooler nickels so far.  I think it is a struck-through variety. . . I think. . .

Looks like it might be a small delamination.   
Also a Struck Through is not a variety, it is an error.

I agree with this being a lamination error, much larger than those on the two in your other post.

I don't think it is an outstanding variety but a lamination error has appeared on the coin. Looks like it might be a small split, not a variety, which is a bug.

If it were graded by NGC, the label would read Mint Error - Reverse Lamination. You can still see the distorted details of Monticello that did not strike up well due to the lamination issue. If it were a strike through, the top of Monticello would have been obliterated by whatever object or grease that caused the issue.
