2022 D Roosevelt Dime Question 1 1

Hello all,

 

Here I am, once again with needing some help.

I have a 2022 D Roosevelt Dime that I came across.

I am not sure if what I am looking at is die deterioration or if it is something that struck through.

Thoughts?

It does appear that there may be some strike through of the leaves and stems from the obverse. I’ll let others opine as they will.

To me it looks like a grease strike through more than a clash.

It is a Stuck Through, die deterioration would show as flow lines, not an orange peal effect.

I have a few modern Roosevelt dimes with strike through errors. This appears to be another one of them. Very decent amount of area affected on the obverse. I am not sure if it is grease or something else that causes that effect.
