Just looks like an ordinary 2022 CENT to me. If that is the right colour, then it caused by environmental toning.  
Exactly what do you think is wrong with it?

Not double struck or any other type of error.   
As I stated, just an ordinary dime.

Also take your keyboard off of caps only.

Although the photos are not the best, I see a normal Shield Cent.

I don't see anything but a normal cent.

The new cents do not have much copper on them and they are easily effected by the environment. Most of these new shield cents are not going to survive as long as the cents of the past.
