Welcome to the forum. It looks more like Die Deterioration or Mechanical Doubling on the devices and the hair line. There also looks like a scratch on it from a coin roll machine.

   The only form of doubling on a coin that might give the coin a premium value is die doubling, which is created during the manufacturing of the die and causes the die to impart this doubling to each coin it strikes, at least during the earlier stages of the die's life. Each image is crisp and at about the same relief, not the shelf-like secondary image on your dime, which appears to be strike or mechanical doubling caused by the die being loose in the press and moving as the coin is struck.  This 1972 doubled die cent (FS-101, Redbook variety) is a good if dramatic example:

It's not a coin struck from a doubled die. Please stop watching those stupid U-Tube videos. They are misleading you to sell advertising.
