It's a misaligned die (MAD).  Interesting, but not enough for any added value

Welcome to the forum. 

Some of us are leery of clicking on unknown links, so thank you for posting pictures. Hoop is right about your misaligned die strike. Most collectors don't pay much attention to them unless they are severe enough to have letters running off the edge. Cool find, though.

Can you expand on what "opposite from what ive seen" means?   I see nothing out of the ordinary other than the slightly misaligned obv.

ok the other 1995 mis aligned left to right .....this one is right to left .....I am new at this but very interested...i probably come off as a insufficiently_thoughtful_person...just caught my eye is all

A misaligned die can be off in any direction, top to bottom, left to right, right to left etc.
