Looks like a cleaned counterfeit.

That’s either a copy or a genuine coin with a horribly manipulated image. Either way, it’s certainly not a good thing.

As for the coin pictured, lots of Morgans have been turned into DMPL examples by having their surfaces altered.

I don't know if that's a fake coin with LIBERTY made out of plaster or the light choices you made, but the coin looks unlike any other I've seen.

Liberty and other devices including the Eagle appear to be made of an entirely different subtance than the fields.
