It would help if you supplied a complete photo of each side along with a closeup but I have to agree, just a badly damaged coin worth 25 cents if you can get someone to take it. Nothing there that could happen during the striking of the coin.

Not true! Those markings are actually symbols from an ancient alien civilization. If I read them correctly, they are plans for an invasion. They intend to take over a small hardware store in upstate New jersey.

I just moved from that area and pretty sure an alien invasion happened long ago……
