GBrad Posted January 17, 2022 Share Posted January 17, 2022 (edited) That is a very nice off-center strike. As said earlier, seeing the date is a bonus on one of these. One thing that caught my attention was the designer's initials on the reverse, FG. In my opinion, they look to me to be relatively close to the Memorial which would signal one thing. I had to turn my computer upside down to see this though...haha. However, we will never know....... I do remember seeing a very nice 1999 struck off-center in the past that was a WAM.
