Just wondering if these are collectable at all? I'd never seen one of these before. Pretty sure CA mint made a bunch, anybody know mintage?

That is just a regular commemorative business strike that had 12.5 million struck. Some were colourized. Most of these commemorative business strikes are worth 25 cents CDN.

Thanks for the info. 12.5 million sounds almost as common as American quarters.
