Morpheus1967
Did you try to add it to a registry set of your own? NGC usually gives the old owner 3 or 4 days to release the coin, or dispute your claim of ownership. If there is no response from the original owner after that time period, the coin will be available to you to put in a registry set. As for silver eagles not being the in competitive set. Are you joking?
Administrator Ali E. Posted November 2, 2020 Administrator Share Posted November 2, 2020 (edited) Hello and thanks for your interest. Welcome to the NGC Registry! There is normally a 72-hour wait time when someone claims a coin to be his. Automated emails are sent to the previous owner and to the person claiming to be the new owner. After the 72-hour time period, if the previous owner does not contest ownership of the coin, the coin is automatically transferred to the new owner. If the previous owner does contest the transfer of the coin, then we proceed from there. Here is some information about the NGC Registry: https://www.ngccoin.com/boards/forum/51-ngc-registry-help-and-instructions/. If you have any questions, please don 't hesitate to reach out to us. You may reach us easily at registry@NGCcoin.com. Edited November 2, 2020 by Ali E. Skittlez
