What grade range would you put this in?

I do not have it yet, looks scanned and not sure what luster will be like

Here is another that graded AU55 with CAC - the New Orleans mint had a few issues with weakly struck coins.

I am at XF. If it has some luster, I would lean towards XF45.

solid XF, towards the lower end though due to the wing tips imho

I got it today - I was wrong, it seems to be a Vam 4.

There is some untouched areas of original luster around the stars and devices.
