Based on the pic here I would have said it's not FBL.. but then after looking at the photo in the ebay listing I'd say it might be dang close to fbl.

The full image looks better (and that's an attractive coin), but I still think it's borderline. That is a strong price already for a raw coin: at that price, it would have to be a lock on FBL to be worth it.
