Recent 1890 Morgan purchase. Guess the grade :)

I'll agree with MS-64+, but a nice one. Noticed a few anomalies on the reverse.... any ideas on possible VAM? Or is that line at the tip of the arrows a small CUD?

1890 P is known for an average to soft strike. Soft Obverse strike.The Obverse and Reverse fields are relatively clear. Nice luster. No major hits in focal areas.

 

I'll go with MS65.

I like it very much and I think on a good day it has a decent shot at a MS65.

Below is a comparison of a MS65 that I sold to a certain board member a few months back and my new MS64+. In my opinion, when side by side, I say it's pretty close

That's a very high end MS 64!! If the cheeks were just a touch smoother it would haved 65ed for sure. Very NICE COIN, in ANY event!! Congrats on the pickup.
