if those are just frost disruptions on the cheek, and NOT scratches, I think the fields are clean enough to get a 64PL. If they ARE scratches 63PL

I don't think the fields are shiny enough for a DMPL and the 'scarface' look isn't good on any Morgan. Very pretty though.

For SEGS, I'll say 64 DMPL, or DPL, whatever their designation is for deep mirror proof like.

Thanks for everyone's participtation. I believe SEGS designation of DMPL is borderline. MS 62 is about right.

Interesting! From the image of the whole slab, I'm inclined to agree. It looks like SEGS gave the proper numeric grade, but was liberal using the DMPL designation.
