Interesting, what holds it in place?

On many of these tidy House dollars scotch tape was used to hold them in place.Here is what can happen then.You can find many of these in NGC and PCGS holders now. Alot of them get the "Star" from NGC. I don't think the posted example would get it though. The one I posted came out almost all blue toning.Under different lights,green and russet are there as well.
