Eagle 1,
Great looking Capped Bust, Heraldic there. Do you have a picture of the reverse as well.
That one will definitely be able to keep you warm in the years ahead.

On the obverse with a loupe you can see where someone wiped it in the field.
This is actually one of 10 coins that I received back today from ANACS. I knew that some of them had been cleaned but a few had been sent to NGC and bagged there as cleaned. I am still bewildered at a few, but 2 for 2 with the TPGs tell me that they must infact be cleaned in some manner.
Regardless, the coins are nice and fine for me, cleaned or not cleaned....

I just received this one back today, unfortunately this Half Dime, 1871 was cleaned during at some point in it's past. AU 58 Details
Still like that PF of Bills

Bill,
A very nice and impressive looking coin. Excellent acquisition.

Tom B. wow, that is some quarter, these toned coins, which I do not have many of, are just wonderful.
Irvin, thanks as well.
But wait, I just did the math and this means I am a half century old this year.

21 Bucks for all three is great, you ended up with some nicely toned coins there, the cent is just another coin in the set. The others make up for it by far I am sure .

Sneak this cent in while everyones asleep.

Thanks for the Bday coins. Nice ones all the way around.

I really like both the cameo and toned Franklins. Unfortunately I do not have either, just the normal run of the mill mint and proofs. But didn't want to leave out 1957, which I think was skipped. Twas a good year for me...

Nice medal, very interesting as well.
This is as close as I can come to Ireland and Great Britian.

Sy,
Very nice, thanks for the example.

Continuing with 1963, Proof Roosevelt - Cameo or Deep Cameo?

Not bad at all for $2.00. Congrats

Fantastic images of those cents.

Sy,
Congratulations, always nice to hear good news such as that. The coins sound great.
Hopefully this will set the "tone" so to speak for next week. Or at least help a little bit!!!!!

Bob,
Thanks for the . I have been told that it would probably FBL at NGC and PCGS both.
I am getting ready to have my Franklins looked at as a whole to see what is really there and in what condition/possible grade, etc.

Yarm,
Crust is good.....
Dooley,
is that a French Coin-1927? If so what is it. Very good shape it appears.
Here is an interesting Russian piece I came across while sorting through my world coins this last weekend. I had never seen this one before in the collection, was at the bottom of a box marked "circulated foreign silver" that my Dad had put aside.

Nice Franklins Larry and Mike. Love the way the Bell stands out on that 59 and all of the toning around it. And that PF69 reverse picture is great.
Here is a 1948, nothing unusual just one of those coins that has one of those looks.

Very impressive looking SLH. Great aquisition.

Dooley,
I'll be *^$P%& you are correct, there is evidence of a 7 under the 8.
Well, well. Thank you for the tip off on that one, I owe you.

D.D. Superb looking 46 half there. Great color and tones. A very nice coin.
Let me know if you ever want to part with it.

Bruce,
You know something it is late and I must be tired. This is from the proof set, not the mint set, my bad. Need new reading glasses.

If you can see past the cellophane lines, any chance of a MS-66 for this Franklin? Ben has provided me with full lines on the bell at least.
-
Irvin,
Unfortunately that ugly cellophane apparently did not protect the Bell Lines well enough!!
