Not only is that Ike gorgeous for the color, it looks very mark free for an Ike.
Can I ask the Grade ?
You know I didn't realize how clean it was until I took the photos becuase I bought it for the color. It's currently raw but I know the Silver Ikes are pretty common in grades up to about MS67....I would assume it's at least that...don't know if it will go 68 but I don't really see any visable marks on either side so

Oh, now that ticks me off. You need to sell that coin to me right now! Cool as the other side of the pillow.
No.......I want it!!!! Great Coin
I guess I make three, so maybe we should hold an elimination round. Who lives closest to Shane?
Chris (thumbs u
How generous of you Chris.....considering you live in Florida as well
Thanks all

NICE COINS
-
I sold that one on Ebay a while back and if I recall it only brought around $20.....I was quite shocked as the coin has very pretty color. It is a little darker in hand than my image....in the NGC holder but if cracked out raw.....it's a winner (thumbs u

Wow. Its crazy how those pictures differ! When I seen the first pic, I thought OK. But when I seen Shane's, I thought WOW!
what's scary is that each toned coin has it's own finger print and even in that crappy image....I recognized the coin instantly......my memory for coins has never failed me....now if I could put that talent to practical use
-
A couple for the Type Set, Fingerprints are usually a turn off for me...but the reverse of the Frankie has so many of them it's interesting...and the Obverse not a one.....
PCGS MS 65
NGC MS 65
I have seen your 1957 in MS65....I am the one who submitted it to NGC straight out of an original mint set and those pictures don't do it justice (thumbs u

It's been 3 days since I got a new coin in the mail and man was it rough
and look and the polish lines all over the reverse.....coming out of the eagles mouth etc. There is a dash uner the second 8 in the date which is listed as a Vam 3 from what I can see in the book....
and of course I got this a few days ago....
-
Nice Morgans....don't let Chris see them as he loves rim toned Morgans (thumbs u

Not my images but it's my coin now. I saw this and just had to have it....I saw that the coin had 2 offers pending so I popped the BIN
Oh boy is somebody going to be upset but as they say....you snooze, you lose
Just a slightly better date in MS65 to boot (thumbs u
-
Not very oftern you run across Cam IHCs....nice coin
-
-
That obverse certainly looks better than a 62...is the reverse beat up?
-
Shane could we have a close up of the Front of the 67
m
sure...I should have a bigger image:
-
Unfortunately, it has been well established time and time again that I am not ready to compete in the battle of the toned Franklin.
Don't sell yourself short (thumbs u
Now if we want to start a war of Toned Morgans I can do pretty well in that battle as well......let me introduce you to my new little friends
This coin is an MS66 and I will probably resibmit at least once to get it in the right holder
and this is the highest graded Morgan I have ever owned
-
Let the battle of the toned Franklins begin. Not only very nice coins but excellent images as well.
Dean
If I open up a can.....the will all kneel before my colorful might
Sorry.....not a newp but someone threw down the gauntlet so I had to pick it up
-
I like all three of those Shane! What's up with the cent? Are you branching out?
No....we will place that under the "I was bored and bid" category.....it's the only one I have and I am not planning on picking up anymore unless they are nicely toned
-
Not my best images.....and the large cent slab is so scratched it's impossible to image
-
Thanks Bobby.....forgot about this one I just picked up from Northeast....
1909 NGC MS65BN

Sorry to post this twice but these are my images.....wow this coin is about as neon on top of semi-PL surfaces as any coin I have owned.....I am blown away with this coin in hand and that is a rarity indeed for me....

That's the first star IHC I have ever seen...and it looks fully deserving of the designation as well (thumbs u
