Hello, Charles. We don't require customers to send in coins if there is an NGC Registry transfer request. Last fall, you and another person each had coins with the same certification number on the label, so there was a concern that one of the holders was an attempted counterfeit. That is why the graders asked to see (both) coins again. Our apologies for any convenience at that time.

You can view your entire inventory on collectors-society.com here: https://coins.www.collectors-society.com/WCM/CoinCollectionManager.aspx Log into collectors-society.com. Click on My Collection and then Collection Manager. There you can easily see there which ones have an image and which ones do not. If you click the checkbox and edit icon next to each coin, you can see which ones already have comments or add new comments as you wish.

Hello. You will need to delete the coin from your inventory in your Collection Manager on Collectors-society.com. Log in to Collectors Society. From the ‘My Collection’ menu click ‘Collection Manager’. Click the selection box that appears in front of the coin you wish to delete then click 'SELL/TRADE/DELETE'. A page will appear where you will have the option to change the status of the item to 'Sold' or 'Traded' or delete the item completely from all registry sets and your Collection Manager.
