    I received an invoice for the coins just graded and am not successful in logging into NGC's web site to check that status. This started happening several days ago and, either no one shared this issue, or no one has been able to correct it. So, here I sit - coins graded and invoiced for, and I can't see how they did

    Hi - I have submission #6890497 which has been in this status for almost 2 weeks. I have another submission (#6892551) that just entered the same status and am hoping NGC isn't holding up the first submission for the second one to be completed, because both were asked to be shipped when complete. Can you tell me if the first one is being held for the second one and, if not, when I can see grades for it? Thanks!

    I had completed an on-line submission form, but when I went to print everything, discovered my printer needed new ink cartridges. By the time I returned from the store my session had timed out, so I couldn't print anything. Now, even though I received an email from NGC with me submission details, I don't see anyway to bring it up so I can print the forms and the labels. Is there some way to do this or do I need to start from scratch again?
