Wierd Obverse
Does anyone haves any idea what this is ? The reverse is a 2 cent piece but the obverse has some kind of a design. I can't figure out what this is. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

How about last day of issue ?
I notice that the ATB clad quarters 1st day of issue coins are receiving a higher point value than other PF 70's. Isn't a PF 70 regardless of when minted the same as any other PF 70 ? If not, then why not last day issued ?

2011 S Kennedy Clad Proof 70 UC ( 201 points but early release 288 points ).
I just noticed that my #1 ranking in 21st century type set went down to #2. It seems that my 2011 S Clad Proof 70 UC Kennedy (201 points) was beaten out by a 2011 S Clad Proof 70 UC Early release (288 points). Is this normal ?

Any idea when the 2013 sets will be established? I am interested in 2013 Silver America the Beautiful Quarters set.
