Response to W.K.F. Journal I didn't see a Chat Board link to discuss W.K.F.'s recent journal regarding the potential composition change in the 5-cent piece, so I am posting a journal. Major Kennedy Set Upgrade

Big Green Label Haul! Over the weekend I picked up a lot of 29 Kennedy halves from the Old World Coin Shop in McHenry, Illinois. All were in PCGS slabs, and 27 of the 29 were green labels. The only two blue labels were top pops: a 1968S PR69DCAM and a 1970S PF69DCAM. Highlights among the green labels were a 1966 SMS MS68 and a 1969S PR69DCAM (another top pop). Re: Sinking Feeling

A rush to judgment? I was just reading Beaw's post and had a completely different opinion. One of the main reasons I register my coins is to help find them in case of theft. In the case of the initial owner who registered the coins despite not receiving them, I might well have done the same thing so that I might be able to track down the thief if they entered the market. I do feel that all coins should be immediately de-registered when transferred to another owner (via sale or gift) and I
