The Joy of Completing a Set !!!

It has been over 3 years but I finally got the last coin I needed WOW is all I can say tonight. I am as thrilled as a collector can get tonight after buying the final coin to complete my 1900 O/CC Morgan Doller VAM Set. Always Grateful

I really enjoy our hobby and love reading the journal entries.... I really don't have much to say except that I'm excited about the New Fractional buffalos that are going on sale this coming week. No I'm not thinking about changing my registry name to King of Buffalos, but it will be fun to start a new set of "Baby Bison". Something To Share With Lover's of Morgan Dollar 8TF's

Just a slight upgrade of my set........... I love when the mail man rings the door bell, because in most instances he is looking for my signature. I really enjoy giving him my autograph. Going to the Long Beach Coin Show This Week........

Seeking out some VAM's, I will report back. Im taking my tri-yearly visit to the Long Beach Coin Show this week and I'm hoping to Cherry Pick some nice Morgan or Peace Dollar VAM's. Here is a Picture of a "Big Coin Dealer" Helping out a new collector...

Small Collector new to the Hobby being convinced by some Big Coin Dealer that buying "CAC" stickered coins is the best way to go....."they don't cost that much more, Honest" I agree that once a coin is graded by either NGC or PCGS you can decide for yourself with your own eyes whether or not the coin is right for you to purchase....Paying extra money for CAC stickered coins is somewhat of a farce. If the coin is really nice in the graded holder it is in I don't need some "Fat Cat Dealer" telli

My "Wish List" for a Friday Night...........

Amy Lorenzo is my favorite NGC Employee..... Very nice MS 70 Early Release Silver Eagle Clay !!! Yes I do believe that Amy deserves a raise and she is the kindest person at NGC without a doubt !!! I just added a New Eagle to the nest this past weekend....A hard coin to come across to fill the Registry....I know one thing my collection may be growing but my wallet is shrinking.

I was Asleep Yesterday and I was Just Curious ???

Gold is Good Stuff !!! I was just curious how long it took for anyone that ordered the 3rd coin in the series of the First Spouse Jefferson Coin before the Mint said Sold Out??? I figured since they would limit only one coin to a household that I would have a chance to try to buy it from the Mint when I woke up later in the day. There I go thinking again....Ha Ha Ha !!! I Love It Under "The Covers"

Don't be afraid to put some money into the Presidential Covers !!! If you don't buy some of these Presidential Covers now mark my words when more people get involved with the Presidential Dollars down the road these things will be more scarce and more expensive.
