Total Inattention to Detail at NGC
After 33 WORKING days, which translates to 42 days in real time, I finally emailed NGC yesterday for some kind of time estimate. They emailed back and said I needed to call someone named Jeff. He informed me that my coins were ready 3 weeks ago but my credit card was being declined and they couldn't get in touch with me. Shame on the webmaster
For several years I was the manager of Internet operations for a company that sells recreational vehicle parts and supplies over the Internet. I can tell you that if that sight was down for more than 10 minutes I would have fired my webmaster and I probably would have been fired also.
Has anyone noticed that the only part of the sight that is down is one that offers customer service but doesn't bring in any money. The money-making part of the website is working fine
