morganguru
Thanks for the explanation Bob. What I meant to say is how does one determine denomination by an image. Sorta tough if your not well versed with Bust coinage. Pawn shop pickup, certainly nothing to write home about but for a couple bucks over melt and a broken R as a bonus, I like it. AuMorgan82110-migration
Love the shiny Morgans. This isn't shiny, but picked it up in a cornfield auction for what I thought was a good deal.
jpcienkus
Like the look of the good old circulated silver quarter. If it could speak, it would be interesting to learn where it's been.

morganguru
Thanks Bob. Love those PCI toning patterns, fun to shot also. Even though it's a P&S, I'm shooting in full manual.
mikesartifacts
Bid the sky Sunday night and came up with a strong textile toned Morgan, my first real nice one - bidding was fierce. Thanks Shane! Shane gets credit for the nice image...

morganguru
Both arrived today, the craftsmanship is top shelf. Found a good source on Ebay, now I'm dealing with him direct. They're a hair larger than a 90% dollar, and a hair smaller than an ASE. Now I have to get the proof versions
Deerefan8420
Bought a few toned Morgan over the weekend. Just got them in the mail today. These are just a couple that I am thinking of submitting. 1881-S 1886 1889

Coindude
Nice coins there Deerefan. Unfortunately I don't think they are of high enough grade and probably not toned enough for a star. Not that they aren't attractive but they really expect something super special for a star as far as Morgans go.

thecoinczar
You two nickels are gorgeous. I had no idea of these being minted with the original reverse design! First time I have seen them. Thanks for posting. I finally found me a set of the FSNC-2002 Jefferson 1938 Nickels. I picked up the numbered pair #927 (of a mintage of 1,938 each of the MATTE finish and the PROOF finish). They are beauties in hand! MATTE Finish: PROOF Finish:
