Popular Post Sandon
Proof 1910 Barber dime (551 issued) purchased at a local coin show last weekend. The coin is currently in a PCGS holder as PR 62 but was accompanied by an NGC label as PF 62 and a green CAC sticker affixed to the NGC label. I verified that CAC had stickered the NGC holder, so one could say that three different sets of graders evaluated it as a "62". The coin has some surface disturbance but is attractive for the grade. Popular Post Simmoleon
Bought a couple of Morgans which are in US Coinage cases - an 1878 8TF and an 1898O. I think they both need some conservation but got them both for prices I was happy with. Here's the heretical thought that passed thru my mind... "Mike knows I'd take a bullet for him, but he'd have to force-feed me to accept this as an AU." And if expressing such thoughts publicly on a Forum is a death-penalty eligible offense, given the choice I would be partial to PM5000's firing squad to z's undoubtedly prolonged drawn-and-quartering. 🤣 Rod D., Sandon, powermad5000 and 1 other 3

Please take a look at an AU 50 -53 1817 Coronet online then look at the ANA Grading standards for that series coin. Its AU 50 BN
