Another long-shot. . . It is definitely one or the other, but the doubling is kinda tough to parse out to 3 or 4.

Maybe it’s just my eyes but that looks more like Machine Doubling to me.

It is in very nice shape coby. I agree with Greenstang on this one, It actually looks more like an impaired proof to me.
