Is this a double die ? 1 1

Can anyone confirm if this is a double die? It's on 10 cent Roosevelt Dime 2023 Denver Mint

Don’t know why all the photos are upside down but that looks more  like Die Deterioration Doubling.  
Certainly not a Doubled Die.

I can see a mark on the top of the 3. That looks like a chip. Hard to tell with these pictures.  The last discovery of a DDO Dime was a 1989 P and even that one is unrecognizable to me. It only has thicker letters.

Hello and welcome!

Being I see this "doubling" effect completely surrounding some letters and numbers, on both sides of the coin, and it is a mushy sloped like doubling, I would have to agree with the other determinations that this is die deterioration doubling. It is not true doubling nor would it be a DDO or DDR.

Die Deterioration Doubling does not add any value to the dime.   
It is one of the worthless types of doubling.

It actually DECREASES the collector value of the coin.
