Hello all, I purchased several rolls of 1964-D Jefferson Nickels several have RPM on them and match this one. I'm having trouble making identification on this one and saying for sure  its the FS-501 in a LDS or another die thanks,

Hello and welcome!

I think what you are seeing is only a late die state as from the one closeup of the reverse, the last A in America seems to have that soft flow outward as well which would be indicative of a late die state where the metal is starting to escape from the recesses of the die instead of staying properly formed as would be on a die with little wear. I also agree with the others that I do not see the remnants especially inside the D which would indicate an actual RPM.
