It's hard to tell from those photos, but there are some better die markers with complete descriptions and photos for a 1972 (P) 1C WDDO-010 at DoubledDie.com at the following link to compare with the coin in-hand.  Also, even if a match it doesn't look like it would be significant enough to be attributed by NGC.

Thanks Eagle there are way too many of these It is from a doubled die. All the devices I posted match up and yes, it is really worthless.1972 1¢ WMDO-001 Doubled Master Die

Not sure if you have a match for DDO-10 or not, I do not see the little flag above the tail of the 2 in your photos, maybe the lighting is washing it out.   I found one myself earlier this year going through some of my cent roll stash.   As you wrote this is too minor to have any value and I believe that both NGC and PCGS stop at DDO-9 for attribution, still a fun find anyway.

No it is not the DDO-010 I looked at on Verity Vista, The coin I posted is the last one on the Wexler page Eagle posted. It is this one .1972 1¢ WMDO-001 Doubled Master Die
