  I assume that you're looking for Special Mint Set coins that have been certified as cameos, which are rather scarce. You can also try looking on the websites of major numismatic auction houses and dealers.

1965 will be the toughest of the three years.

I been working on some of those myself. I started with 1967 first. I got the quarter, dime, and nickel in NGC MS67 cameo. The half aint gonna be to bad to get but the cent is gonna be tough. Every one Ive seen in MS 67 cameo was in the $400 range. May get lucky and find one cheaper in an auction or something.. Good luck on your sets.
