   This coin is at or very near mint state, with lightness of strike at the clasp on Liberty's drapery and at the top of the eagle's left (facing) wing, as often seen on these "open collar" strikes. It may have been "dipped" and is retoning but based on the photos likely received a numerical grade.  Based on the photos it's either an AU 58 or 58+ on the one hand or MS 62-63 on the other.
