The Neophyte Numismatist
I have to be honest, your asks are very specific. I think your best bet to find theses coins (as you want them) is on eBay. They seem to have more W Quarters for sale than anywhere else. Best of luck. Neil Edwards
Ebay is no help google even called top 10 coin sellers in us called over a hundred coin shops from New York to California so I am asking in a public form
Woods020
I just looked and saw tons on eBay. Your problem will be finding lower grades. Most people won’t pay to grade them that low. Plenty of 65/66s for $30-$40 bucks on eBay with your labels

Woods020
Well that’s your problem. I don’t think you will find a ton people wasted money on grading in lower grades. They aren’t expensive coins and it certainly doesn’t make sense to grade one in lower grades. Edited May 19, 2022 by Woods020
Coinbuf
I am in agreement with @Woods020 the grade levels you are looking for would most likely be someone's mistake submission, it makes no financial sense to pay to have one graded and slabbed at that low a grade. But best of luck on your search, what you seek may well be out there you just may have to search a lot of hay. Neil Edwards
i understand that they dont get graded often but they are and i am willing to pay well more than the worth of them if i can find them up to 100 to
