I'm with Coinbuf.  While it is a nice coin, that rim damage is going to result in a Details grade for sure.  I'd say that coin would be excellent for a nice album collection.  Not every coin needs to be slabbed.

The hairlines indicate a vigorous cleaning, and the rim hits look too severe to slab, as well. I do like the design, though. Very classic looking. If you could find a way for the coin to obtain a little natural patina, I think it would help the look a bit.

One thing that could help with acquiring a little natural patina would be to try to find some paper coin envelopes, the older, the better.  Those have helped me in the past when I've had a coin that needed a little appearance help.  It takes a while, but those envelopes will often impart some nice, subtle and natural toning to coins stored in them.
