If it’s raised it’s probably a die crack if it’s incuse it’s damage. If it is a die crack they are a common problem part of dies aging and add no value. A second, identical specimen, would change that assessment. PS: Please use real digital images and not screen grabs. The photo has much more detail than the screen.
