Oldhoopster
Sorry, just environmental damage a lot of contact marks from circulation. The missing reeding on the edges isn't from a collar error. The coin was likely caught in somethinga And tumbled around causing the wear on the edges (a Dryer between the rotating drum and fixed outer drum isn't uncommon, or possibly a pump) and probably contributed to the numerous dings/hits and discoloration as well. Regardless of what caused the damage, it didn't leave the mint like that and is not an error. Blacken and Mohawk 1
JT2
I will give you a quarter for it??? I think you should throw it in the next collection plate. Blacken and Alex in PA. 1
Greenstang
Welcome to the Forum One thing to remember is that it is only an error if it happens during the striking of the coin. As this could not have happened at that time and no matter what happened, it is still damage. Coinbuf and Blacken 1

Mohawk
Hello and Welcome!! I'm with the others.....your coin is exhibiting post-minting damage. It's only worth face value.
Coinbuf
Just for future reference it helps if you can give us an accurate weight (to two decimal places) and size in MM's. I am also thinking just damaged (dryer coin) and if you had the diameter that would help to confirm that or open the discussion to other possibilities.
