NGC vs PCGS 0

I have a 1993-P Silver Eagle PF 70 and PCGS has it at $5250 and NGC has it at $1000. Why the HUGE difference?

The PCGS number you pulled is for an MS70 not a PF70, you have to choose which at the top of the table on the PCGS site.   Both NGC and PCGS show $1,000 guide price for a PF70.

Just for further information the Price Guides of the TPGs, all of them, are so far out of date most of us don't pay any attention to them.  The Gray Sheet for Dealers is good if you want to spend money; if not watch what is going on at EBay.  Good luck.

Welcome.  eBay sold prices. Sure there’s other places to look.  I find that the eBay list is very current and provides a realistic value of what coins are bringing 🤓🙀

1K for PR/PF 70 is in the ballpark for both, although most of the sold listings I saw on ebay were under that and more in the 700 - 800 range.
