Can this be a 1969 D DDO???

Sorry..... I see no listing for a 69-D DDO I see this listing ..1969-D No FG FS-901 and also....1969-S Doubled Die Obverse about 30 known ......There are also 69 with floating roofs

There is one minor DDO for this date/mint but I don’t see it on this coin. However the pictures are blurry.
